Grandkid Bridge terms
Effective for the current launch offer. These commercial terms describe the approved family, gift and book offers.
Family plan
The family plan is $14.99/month or $129/year and auto-renews. Cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period.
Gift plan
The gift plan is twelve months prepaid for $129 and does not auto-renew.
Book pre-order
The printed book is a separate $199 pre-order. It is fully refundable any time before print proof approval. Delivery is approximately 10–12 weeks after the story arc is complete and the proof is approved. There is no Christmas-delivery promise.
Consent is separate
Payment never grants permission to record, process, share, access original audio or include a story in the book. The storyteller must pass the teach-back gate and choose permissions separately. Permissions can be withdrawn.
Important scope
Grandkid Bridge is not a medical, monitoring or emergency service. Stories are memoir in the storyteller's telling, not a fact-checked biography.
Call time and rollover
The family plan includes 60 minutes of companion call time per month. Half of any unused included minutes roll over for 30 days, up to 60 banked minutes. Additional minutes are available as an add-on.
