About Grandkid Bridge — the facts
What it is
Grandkid Bridge is a voice-interview service that preserves a senior's life story in their own voice. An AI interviewer phones the senior on their ordinary telephone — no app, no smartphone, no account for the senior to learn — and holds short, warm conversations of about 10–15 minutes across an 8-chapter life-story arc.
Who it is for
Adult children and families who want a parent's or grandparent's stories kept, especially families spread across distance and time zones. The buyer sets everything up online; the senior only answers the phone.
What families receive
A private listening episode every week, built around the senior's own recorded voice, shared by private link with invited family only. When the story arc is complete, the family can order a printed book with family photos and QR codes that play the senior telling each story.
Who runs it
Grandkid Bridge is a product of Moose Creek Media.

Consent and control
- The senior owns and controls their story. Payment never grants permission to record.
- Recording, family sharing, original-audio access and book inclusion are separate permissions, given by the senior and revocable at any time.
- The interviewer discloses that it is an AI. It never pretends to be a grandchild or real person.
- No voice cloning; recordings are not used for advertising or model training without separate explicit consent.
What it is not
- Not an app the senior installs.
- Not a prompt book or email-question service.
- Not a medical, monitoring or emergency service.
